Koy Thuon (1933-1977) was  Khmer Rouge Secretary of the Northern Zone, Minister of Comerce and a Communist Party of Kampuchea Central Committee member. When arrested he was charged with womanising and immorality, being accused of having sexual relations with more than 100 women. He was also accused of being a CIA agent. He was tortured and executed at Tuol Sleng between January and April, 1977.
